
Providing comprehensive media and communications strategy for NOWCRJ‘s powerful community organizing campaigns with immigrant guestworkers, day laborers, and African American workers, Prescient Media:
- Conceived and implemented multi-national media strategy for anti-labor trafficking campaign that generated coverage by the New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, AP, NPR, ABC, and BBC, prompting action by 20 members of U.S. Congress.
- Secured overwhelming Indian newspaper and television coverage that prompted Indian diplomatic talks with the U.S. State Department and Indian ministerial investigation.
- Composed and edited all written communications materials for campaign, including speeches, op-eds, press releases, and talking points.
- Identified and trained spokespeople from workers’ leadership committee for extensive print, television, and radio interviews.
